We use artmaking as a practical tool for expression, emotional regulation, and connection — helping individuals and families in Monterey County build stability, belonging, and well-being, especially those facing financial or access barriers.

Founders
The driving force behind Art Abilities, Ritika Kumar is the Founder & CEO and Executive Director, dedicated to helping individuals of all abilities, especially the neurodiverse community, express themselves creatively. With over 20 years of experience teaching art, she has seen firsthand the transformative, healing, and life-changing power of personalized art education on her students.
Ritika's husband and a serial entrepreneur who co-founded Art Abilities on the technology and operations side in a part-time, volunteer role.
